Cervejaria Dogma

Brightness is a contemporary, hop-forward interpretation of a German Pils, elevated by the aromatic intensity of Citra and Mosaic hops. This lager presents a vibrant sensory profile where zesty grapefruit, lime, and subtle tropical fruit notes leap over a clean, crackery pilsner malt foundation. Designed for maximum drinkability, it maintains the traditional crispness and dry finish of the style while introducing modern citrus and berry cues. The interaction between the firm bitterness and the lean, doughy malt profile creates a refreshing, light-bodied experience that remains exceptionally clean and bright on the palate, perfectly suited for warm weather.

Appearance. Straw to pale gold (3 SRM). Brilliant clarity with a dense, long-lasting, creamy white head that leaves significant lacing.

Aroma. Moderate to high intensity. Forward hop character featuring lemon zest, grapefruit, and a hint of blueberry. Low grainy-sweet malt aroma with a doughy, cracker-like quality. Very clean fermentation profile without esters or sulfur.

Taste. Initial light graininess quickly followed by a sharp, clean hop bitterness. Flavors of lime, citrus peel, and a touch of tropical fruit from the Citra and Mosaic additions. Medium-high bitterness that lingers into a very dry, crisp finish. The balance is decidedly bitter and hop-centric, though the malt provides a brief, supportive cracker-like sweetness early on.

Mouthfeel. Medium-light body with high carbonation that produces a crisp, scrubbing sensation. No alcohol warmth. Very clean, without any harshness or astringency.
