Cervejaria Demonho QUIMERA

Our Quimera, like the mythological creature, is a hybrid with West Coast characteristics and juicy IPAs. The bitterness is assertive and the final mouthfeel is very dry. On top of a toilet base, we fermented with Conan yeast to accentuate the fruity characteristics of Sabro, Idaho #7 and Citra hops. The aroma and flavor profile refers to coconut, carambola, melon and wild passion fruit. Our proposal in this beer was to mix what we found most interesting between a Double IPA root and the hop and profile techniques of modern Juicy hops.
