This German Pils offers a refined sensory experience, balancing traditional European character with high drinkability. Brewed with premium Pilsen malt and noble hops from the Czech Republic, it presents an inviting bouquet of floral and spicy notes. The palate is defined by a clean, grainy-sweet malt foundation that quickly gives way to a crisp, firm bitterness. Its brilliant gold appearance and persistent white foam lead into a dry, refreshing finish that exemplifies the style’s elegance. Appearance. Straw to pale gold (3 SRM). Brilliant clarity with a dense, creamy, long-lasting white head and fine lacing.
Aroma. Moderate intensity featuring floral and spicy hop character from Czech noble hops. Supported by a low, clean, grainy-sweet Pilsen malt aroma with hints of white bread and a very light honey note. Pure, clean fermentation profile with no esters.
Taste. Crisp and clean initial impression. The grainy-sweet malt flavor is brief, rapidly overtaken by a moderate hop bitterness and spicy hop flavors. Highly attenuated with a dry, crisp finish. Bitterness is firm but smooth, lingering slightly in the clean aftertaste. No diacetyl or sulfur notes.
Mouthfeel. Medium-light body with a crisp, refreshing texture. High carbonation provides a lively, tingly sensation on the tongue. Smooth finish without any harsh astringency or significant alcohol warmth.
