As the liquid warms, it reveals sophisticated notes of tiramisu and dried dark fruits like prunes. The palate is defined by a luxurious interplay of dark chocolate and vanilla, supported by a sturdy roasted malt backbone reminiscent of espresso. It finishes with a lingering sweetness of caramelized sugar and peanuts, all seamlessly integrated into a warming, full-bodied frame.

Appearance. Jet black and opaque (SRM 40+). It features a thin, compact, and exceptionally persistent beige head that leaves moderate lacing. The high alcohol content and viscosity are evidenced by visible legs on the glass.

Aroma. High intensity and complex. Dominant notes of freshly roasted peanuts and peanut candy (paçoca) are layered over rich cocoa and bittersweet chocolate.
