This elegant Belgian Golden Strong Ale presents a sophisticated fusion of traditional brewing and viticulture, featuring a foundation of Pilsen malt and malted wheat blended with Chardonnay grape must. Fermented and matured in American oak, it offers a refined sensory profile where the characteristic pome fruit esters of Belgian yeast—notably pear—intertwine with the bright, vinous acidity of white grapes. The Champenoise clarification ensures a sparkling, effervescent character. On the palate, the subtle touch of herbal hops supports a complex structure of soft oak tannins and vanilla, finishing remarkably dry with a lingering, sophisticated fruit-forward elegance.

Appearance. Pale gold (4–5 SRM). Brilliant clarity resulting from Champenoise clarification. Massive, long-lasting, rocky white head with exceptional Belgian lace. Highly effervescent with fine, rising bubbles.

Aroma. High intensity. A complex bouquet of white grape and pear esters, complemented by subtle vanilla and toasted notes from American oak. Low herbal hop aroma and a soft, peppery alcohol presence over a grainy-sweet wheat and Pilsen malt base.

Taste. Initial impression of Chardonnay fruitiness and crisp pome fruit. Pilsen malt provides a light grainy sweetness that quickly gives way to a firm bitterness and peppery phenols. The finish is very dry and vinous, with lingering notes of white wine acidity and soft oak tannins.

Mouthfeel. Medium-light body with a remarkably crisp, effervescent texture. Very high carbonation creates a prickly, sparkling sensation on the tongue. Smooth, well-integrated alcohol warmth with no harshness or solvent notes.
