This vibrant Mexican Blonde Ale delivers a captivating, refreshing twist on the classic style through the addition of flor de jamaica. The pour reveals an eye-catching golden hue blushed with soft pink undertones beneath a frothy, rose-tinted head. Clean, bready malts support an expressive bouquet of sweet red berries, tart cranberry, and delicate floral tea. On the palate, a gentle, crackery malt sweetness immediately interfaces with the bright, thirst-quenching acidity of hibiscus, evoking notes of raspberry and pomegranate. It finishes crisp and clean, balancing low hop bitterness with a pleasant, dry tartness.

Appearance. Deep gold with a striking pinkish-ruby blush. Excellent clarity, though a very faint, natural hibiscus haze may be present. Topped by a medium-sized, frothy, light pink-tinged white head with moderate retention and delicate lacing.

Aroma. Moderate intensity. Dominated by prominent notes of flor de jamaica, showcasing aromas of tart cranberry, herbal rose tea, and sweet red cherries. Finishes medium-dry to dry, leaving a lingering, clean sensation of tart red fruit and subtle herbal tea.

Mouthfeel. Medium-light body with a smooth, crisp texture. Carbonation is moderate to high, enhancing the refreshing quality of the beer. Extremely low alcohol warmth, appropriate for its 4.9% ABV. Features a very faint, pleasant, thirst-quenching astringency from the hibiscus petals, with no harshness.
