The aroma is dominated by fresh honeydew and cantaloupe, underscored by a clean, tangy lactic acidity. Appearance. Pale straw color (3 SRM) with a slight, hazy opacity. The white head is moderately frothy but dissipates relatively quickly, leaving minimal lacing, which is typical for acidic styles.

Aroma. High intensity of fresh melon, reminiscent of honeydew and ripe cantaloupe. A clean, sharp lactic sourness provides a yogurt-like tang. Malt character is very low, appearing as a faint crackery note. No hop aroma or yeast esters are present.
