Dynamic Trees is a vibrantly expressive Hazy IPA that showcases a sophisticated hop profile. The addition of Phantasm powder amplifies tropical thiol notes of passionfruit and guava, which harmonize with the intense aromatics of Cryo Mosaic, Simcoe, Nelson Sauvin, and Citra. Pouring a glowing, opaque straw-gold, it offers a bouquet dominated by white wine grape, citrus zest, and ripe stone fruit. On the palate, the soft, velvety texture carries layers of mango and gooseberry, balanced by a restrained bitterness. This 6.8% ABV brew culminates in a lush, juice-like finish, epitomizing the modern New England style through meticulous double dry-hopping.
Appearance. Straw to light orange (3-6 SRM). Opaque with a hazy shine; thick, meringue-like white head with high retention and beautiful lacing.
Aroma. High intensity hop aroma featuring punchy mango, passionfruit, and citrus lime from Citra and Simcoe. Distinctive white wine grape and gooseberry notes from Nelson Sauvin are prominent, supported by Cryo Mosaic's blueberry and peach. Background malt is clean, bready, and neutral.
Taste. High to very high fruity hop flavor. Initial impressions of ripe tropical fruit and Sauvignon Blanc grapes transition into citrus peel. Low to medium-low bitterness ensures a smooth, non-harsh profile. Malt is supportive and grainy. The finish is off-dry and juicy with a lingering tropical aftertaste.
Mouthfeel. Medium-full body with a soft, pillowy, and smooth texture. Moderate carbonation. No astringency or hop burn. Very light, well-integrated alcohol warmth.
