Its deep amber to copper hue introduces a multi-dimensional malt base derived from four distinct varieties, offering a delicate initial sweetness reminiscent of toffee and toasted bread. Appearance. Deep amber to copper (13-14 SRM). Clear to brilliant clarity with a moderate-sized, persistent off-white head that leaves light lacing on the glass.
Aroma. Moderate to high hop aroma featuring prominent floral and citrus-orange notes, complemented by an earthy 'wet grass' character. The malt profile is moderate, providing bready and light caramel-toasty notes from the blend of four malts, alongside low fruity esters.
