The dual-hop punch of Citra and Galaxy delivers an explosive sensory profile of succulent passion fruit, ripe mango, and bright lime zest. Fermented with an expressive English yeast strain, the beer exhibits a cohesive bouquet where fruity esters amplify the tropical hop character. Expect a luminous, opaque pour and a remarkably soft mouthfeel that carries a restrained bitterness, culminating in a juicy, off-dry finish that emphasizes hop depth and biotransformation over sharp, resinous edges.
Appearance. Luminous straw to pale gold color (4 SRM) with an opaque, uniform haze and a brilliant shine. Crowned by a dense, rocky, meringue-like white head with exceptional retention and thick lacing.
Aroma. High intensity aromatics dominated by tropical fruit and citrus. Prominent notes of passion fruit and peach from Galaxy hops blend with Citra’s grapefruit and lime zest. A light, bready, and grainy malt character persists in the background, complemented by subtle fruity esters from the English yeast.
Taste. Leading with high-intensity flavors of mango, pineapple, and citrus oil. The malt presence is low but supportive, offering a soft, bready sweetness. Bitterness is medium-low and smooth, never harsh or sharp, perfectly balancing the fruit-forward profile. The finish is off-dry and clean, leaving a lingering impression of tropical fruit juice without any lingering astringency.
