This West Coast interpretation of a German Pils delivers a vibrant sensory collision between traditional lager crispness and modern hop intensity. Leveraging a signature dry hop of Mosaic and Citra, the profile leads with assertive aromas of pungent marijuana, zesty grapefruit, and lush guava. The palate reveals a lean, grainy pilsner malt foundation that quickly gives way to aggressive bursts of citrus pith and resinous pine sap.
