Appearance. Medium gold to light amber (6-8 SRM). Brilliant clarity. Persistent, medium-sized white head with fine-textured lacing.

Simcoe provides a sharp citrus contrast of lemon zest and a specific cool melon character, accompanied by light resinous pine and a faint, sweet berry-like fruitiness.
