For this single hopped Double IPA we use one of our favorite hops, CITRA!!! This hop brings potent aroma and flavor, notably of pine sap, lychee, orange and pineapple. Cellarmaker Double Dobis

100% Citra Hops! That’s right, Double Dobis is back after quite the hiatus. This beer showcases our amazing Citra from @haas_hops and Citra Cryo from @yakimachief hops. We ferment Double Dobis with our hazy Chico yeast strain which really allows the Citra to be the star of the show! Tons of sticky tangerine, sweet pineapple and overripe mango explode from this beer!

 

We are a San Francisco brewery producing our beers in small batches one beer at a time. It is our goal to keep your taste buds intrigued by constantly producing different flavors. To us, making the same 3-4 beers all the time would be boring. We hope you feel the same way.
