Cellarmaker Brewing Company Coconut Bulletproof Porter

Followers of the keto diet may have heard of ‘bulletproof’ coffee, or coffee with an energy-sustaining addition of coconut oil (most often butter though).

Cellarmaker thought it would be deliciously fun, and hilariously ironic, to make a beer (100% NOT keto) with Colombian coffee and organic toasted coconut.

The result is a creamy beverage that has rich notes of mocha chip ice cream and German chocolate cake.
