This vibrant German Pils showcases a sophisticated hop profile driven by Hallertau Mittelfrüh and a whole leaf dry hop of Hersbrucker. The sensory journey begins with elegant aromas of soft citrus and floral orange blossom, transitioning into a palate rich with nuances of oolong tea and lilac pollen. A base of honey-dipped rye bread malt provides a delicate sweetness that balances the firm, crisp bitterness characteristic of the style. Four weeks of cold conditioning yields a smooth as silk finish and a zesty, refreshing carbonation. Hints of dried lemon peel add a bright, clean flicker to this exceptionally crushable, modern lager.
Appearance. Straw to brilliant yellow (2-4 SRM) with sparkling clarity. Pours with a dense, creamy, long-lasting white head that leaves persistent lacing on the glass.
