Appearance. Jet black and opaque (SRM 40+). Pours with a thick, deep tan head that shows moderate retention. High viscosity is evident in the form of prominent legs on the glass.
Aroma. High intensity with a complex blend of toasty espresso and bittersweet dark chocolate. The Ugandan vanilla adds a sweet, floral creaminess, while the maple provides a rich, woody sweetness.
