Celestial Beerworks Launch Party

This Hazy IPA offers a sensory experience punchier than its 7% ABV suggests, mimicking the intensity of a double IPA. Brewed with Strata, Cashmere, Crosby Estate Comet, and Strata Hash, it delivers a complex aromatic profile dominated by fresh pineapple juice and mixed berries. A soft, pillowy sweetness anchors flavors of ripe strawberry and bright lemongrass, while a subtle dankness and herbal potpourri add depth. The finish is uniquely reminiscent of key lime pie and creamy Orange Julius, leaving a lingering, citrusy impression on the tongue. It showcases a modern, hop-forward profile with a lush, velvety character.
Appearance. 3-6 SRM. Deep straw to light orange-gold with a distinct hazy, opaque shine. Topped with a persistent, meringue-like white head that leaves significant lacing on the glass.
Aroma. High intensity hop aroma featuring vivid pineapple juice, ripe mixed berries, and a supporting layer of citrus zest. Background notes of herbal potpourri and a clean, resinous dankness are present over a neutral, lightly bready malt base.
Taste. Explosive hop flavors of sweet strawberry, lemongrass, and bright key lime pie. An off-dry, pillowy malt character provides a creamy backdrop reminiscent of an orange-vanilla smoothie. Bitterness is low-moderate and exceptionally smooth, allowing the tropical and herbal hop oils to linger without harshness.
Mouthfeel. Medium-full body with a soft, lush, and velvety texture. Moderate carbonation and a clean, integrated alcohol presence provide a smooth finish with no astringency.
