This Winter Seasonal Beer is crafted for fireside reflection, emphasizing a luxurious roundness rather than traditional holiday spices. A meticulously selected blend of five barley malts imparts a deep ruby brilliance and a core of toasted bread and caramel. Slovenian Styrian Golding hops are used in abundance to provide a refined, earthy foundation that integrates seamlessly with the beer's malty weight, while a subtle addition of Cascade hops provides a faint floral grace note. Appearance. Dark ruby to deep mahogany (SRM 25-30); clear with a thick, persistent, off-white to light tan head that leaves significant lacing.

Hop character is moderate-low and refined, showing earthy and herbal Styrian Golding traits with a whisper of floral Cascade.
