This Czech Premium Pale Lager presents a sophisticated balance of old-world tradition and approachability. Appearance. Deep gold color (approximately 5-6 SRM). Brilliant clarity and highly transparent. Features a dense, long-lasting, creamy white head with excellent retention and fine lacing.

Aroma. Moderate to high intensity. Dominated by bready-rich malt and a clean, sweet graininess. Prominent spicy and floral hop bouquet from the Saaz hops. Clean fermentation profile with no significant esters or diacetyl.

Taste. Initial impression is a soft, delicate sweetness with spicy highlights. Rich, complex bready malt flavor followed by floral hop notes. Bitterness is present but soft and rounded (18 IBU).
