Appearance. Medium gold with bright clarity. Features a medium-sized, persistent off-white head with good lacing.
Aroma. High intensity hop character displaying prominent citrus, resinous pine, and subtle tropical fruit notes. Low grainy maltiness provides a clean background; fermentation is neutral with no significant esters.
Taste. Strong hop flavors of grapefruit pith and pine needles lead into a medium-high to high bitterness. A low, clean, grainy malt presence supports the hops. The finish is dry to medium-dry with a lingering, bitter, and hoppy aftertaste.
Mouthfeel. Medium body with a smooth texture. Carbonation is medium-high, and there is a very light, smooth alcohol warmth without any harshness or astringency.
