The aroma is led by layers of toasted biscuit, milk chocolate, and hints of dark toffee. Despite its modest gravity, it offers a surprisingly robust profile of nutty malts and a delicate touch of roasted coffee on the finish. Appearance. Deep mahogany to dark brown (SRM 18–25) with moderate clarity. Pours with a low, creamy off-white to light tan head that shows fair retention and light lacing.

Aroma. Moderate malt intensity featuring a complex blend of chocolate, toasted nuts, and sweet caramel. Low fruity esters suggesting dried plum. The First Gold hops provide a very low, refined floral and earthy character. No diacetyl present.
