This Double IPA delivers an intense sensory experience, supported by a soft, pillowy grain bill of Pale, Wheat, and Oat Malt. The aromatics are dominated by a complex hop profile where Citra and Simcoe provide bold layers of grapefruit peel and resinous pine. Strata introduces distinctive notes of passionfruit and herbal dankness, while Ekuanot adds a sharp lime zest and tropical pith. The palate follows suit with a saturated hop flavor that transitions into a firm, clean bitterness. Despite its strength, the beer remains remarkably balanced with a dry finish, showcasing the interplay between tropical fruit esters and a smooth, well-integrated alcohol presence.

Appearance. Gold to pale orange (SRM 6-8); moderate-sized, persistent white head with excellent lacing; slight haze present due to the high protein content from wheat and oats.

Aroma. High intensity hop aroma featuring prominent notes of citrus, passionfruit, and pine resin; background notes of tropical melon and a subtle herbal character; malt is clean, neutral, and slightly grainy; fermentation profile is neutral with no distracting esters.
