The grist, featuring Pale Malt alongside generous additions of Flaked Oats and Flaked Wheat, creates a luminous, hazy appearance and a soft, pillowy texture. Appearance. Straw to light orange (4-6 SRM). Opaque, uniform haze with a luminous shine. Topped by a thick, meringue-like white head with excellent retention and significant lacing. No visible particulates or yeast clumps.
Aroma. High intensity. Dominated by tropical fruit and citrus from Citra and the characteristic gooseberry and white wine notes of Nelson Sauvin. Background malt is lightly bready and grainy from the Pale Malt and Flaked Wheat. Clean fermentation with soft stone fruit esters; no caramel, toast, or buttery notes present.
Taste. High fruity hop flavor of mango, lime, and white grape. The malt backbone provides a low, supportive cereal-like sweetness. Perceived bitterness is low to medium, masked by the fuller body. The finish is smooth and off-dry, with a lingering juicy fruit aftertaste that lacks any harshness or vegetal character.
Mouthfeel. Medium-full body with a soft, pillowy texture provided by the oats and wheat. Carbonation is moderate. Displays a smooth, non-viscous mouthfeel with a subtle, well-integrated alcohol warmth. No astringency or raw starch texture.
