En una copa, este néctar se nos ofrece primero en un color marrón intenso con reflejos rojizos, rematado por un fino encaje marrón.
El bouquet, muy equilibrado, ofrece aromas ligeramente tostados en nariz, acompañados de notas de roble, caramelo, cereza y limón, todo ello salpicado por un toque de acidez.
En boca, es la acidez del estilo Sour la que golpea primero el paladar. Poco a poco, da paso a notas dulces de caramelo, fruta negra, uva blanca y cereza. El final se mantiene en esta nota persistente de cereza, esta vez acompañada de sabores de roble y vainilla, ofreciendo un final extraordinariamente suave, casi cremoso.
