The aromatic profile is a festive interplay of tart green apples, warm baking spices, and a nuanced layer of vanilla and toasted oak derived from bourbon and wine barrels. Appearance. Deep gold to amber (SRM 8–14) with copper highlights from the red ale blend. Clear to slightly hazy with a thin, off-white head that shows moderate to poor retention, typical of barrel-aged and highly acidic beers.
Aroma. High intensity acidity with a dominant sharp, lactic character. Distinctive tart apple notes and hints of cinnamon or clove spices. The barrel influence is evident with subtle vanilla, coconut, and vinous grape notes, backed by a biscuity and lightly toasty malt presence.
