Bottle refermentation ensures a lively, effervescent carbonation that lightens the medium body and masks the potent 9% alcohol. The finish is remarkably dry and crisp, leaving a lingering trail of spicy yeast character and floral hop notes.
Appearance. Pale amber (6-8 SRM). Brilliant clarity with a dense, rocky, long-lasting white head that leaves significant lacing on the glass. Highly effervescent with fine, rising bubbles.
Aroma. Moderate to high intensity featuring a complex bouquet of peppery phenols and fruity esters of orange and pear. A light, honey-like malt sweetness provides a supportive base, complemented by low floral hop notes and a soft, spicy alcohol presence.
