The initial sensory impact is dominated by high-intensity aromas of fresh pine and bright citrus, layered with nuances of orange marmalade and ripe pineapple. This sensory depth transitions into a robust, clean bitterness that defines the palate. A subtle, neutral malt backbone provides necessary structure without introducing heavy sweetness, allowing the tropical and resinous hop character to remain the focus. Appearance. Deep gold to light copper (8-10 SRM). Brilliant clarity with a moderate, persistent off-white head that leaves significant lacing.
