Appearance. Pale gold (4 SRM) with a very thick, moussy, and long-lasting white head. The body is hazy with a characteristic yeast shine.

Aroma. High intensity featuring a balance of ripe banana esters and spicy clove phenols. Moderate bready and doughy wheat notes are accompanied by a more pronounced floral and herbal hop character than is typical for the style.

Taste. Initial impression is refreshing and effervescent. Malt flavors consist of soft, bready, and grainy wheat supported by a light grain-sweetness. Banana and clove fermentation traits are moderate and well-balanced. Hop bitterness is moderately low but firm enough to provide a clean, dry finish. No bubblegum or smoke notes are present.

Mouthfeel. Medium-light body with a fluffy, creamy fullness. High carbonation provides a spritzy, effervescent sensation. Very low alcohol warmth is present without any astringency.
