Appearance. Deep straw to light amber (5 SRM) with a glowing, opaque hazy shine. Crowned by a medium-high, rocky white head with high retention and persistent lacing.
Aroma. High intensity of tropical fruit; dominant ripe mango and passionfruit esters blend with papaya and pineapple hop notes. A clean, lightly bready malt character sits in the background, complemented by a subtle, creamy coconut hint from the Sabro hops.
Taste. High fruity flavor intensity featuring succulent mango, stone fruit, and citrus driven by HBC 586 and HBC 630. Malt flavor is low and neutral-grainy. The bitterness is moderate but perceived as soft, leading to an off-dry, juice-like finish with a lingering tropical aftertaste.
