This single-hop Hazy IPA showcases the vibrant sensory profile of Galaxy hops, delivering a punchy tropical experience. It pours with a luminous, opaque haze and a persistent white head. The aroma is dominated by intense passionfruit and ripe peach, underpinned by a soft, bready malt foundation. On the palate, Galaxy provides a burst of citrus and pineapple, supported by a pillowy texture from the flaked grain grist. A restrained bitterness ensures a smooth, juice-forward finish, while the clean fermentation profile allows the New World hop character to remain the undisputed star of this refreshing 6% ABV ale.

Appearance. Straw to light orange color (4 SRM) with an opaque, hazy shine. Features a thick, rocky, meringue-like white head with high retention and beautiful lacing.

Aroma. High intensity hop-forward aroma featuring pungent passionfruit, guava, and peach. Supporting notes of citrus and pineapple are present. Malt is low and neutral, providing a light bready or grainy-sweet background without any caramel or toast character.

Taste. High fruity hop flavor of passionfruit, citrus, and stone fruit. Low grainy-sweet malt flavor provides a soft foundation. Bitterness is low to medium-low and very smooth, lacking any harshness. The finish is off-dry and juice-like with lingering tropical fruit oils.

Mouthfeel. Medium-full body with a notably soft, smooth, and pillowy texture. Moderate carbonation. Very light alcohol warmth is well-integrated. No astringency or raw starch harshness.
