Vintage lambic. Alle øllene der er brugt i denne Gueuze er fra samme bryggesæson og modner på fad i tre år.
Dette er en øl med en meget kompleks struktur, der har en vinagtig og noget oxideret smag, de let syrlige strukturer blander sig med mere bløde aspekter. Kraftig, men elegant, Bruocsella kan betragtes som det manglende led mellem vin- og ølverdenen.
Da der ikke er nogen sekundær gæring i flasken, er Bruocsella en flad, ikke-mousserende øl.
Øllen bør opbevares og serveres ved en temperatur på 12-15 grader og kan gemmes i op til 20 år.
