Appearance. 3–4 SRM; pale amber to deep yellow. Characteristically cloudy with a persistent starch haze and visible yeast sediment. Features a dense, white, moussy head with excellent retention and lacing.
Aroma. Moderate intensity featuring bready, grainy wheat malt with faint honey-like sweetness. Pronounced zesty, citrusy orange aromatics are balanced by moderate perfumy coriander and a light peppery spice. Hop aroma is absent, allowing the Belgian yeast esters and spice to dominate.
Taste. Initial impression is of bready malt and grainy wheat sweetness. Mid-palate reveals moderate citrusy orange zest and lemony coriander. Hop bitterness is low, providing just enough support to balance the malt without lingering. The finish is refreshingly crisp and dry, devoid of harshness or astringency, with a subtle herbal spice in the aftertaste.
Mouthfeel. Medium body with a characteristic smoothness and light creaminess from the wheat. High carbonation provides an effervescent, prickly sensation. A light, well-integrated alcohol warmth is present due to the 6.1% ABV, but the beer remains refreshing and highly drinkable.
