This golden Weissbier offers a refreshing twist on the classic German wheat beer style, characterized by a vibrant and balanced profile. Appearance. Gold (5 SRM). Hazy to cloudy with a significant yeast and wheat protein suspension. Features a thick, moussy, and long-lasting white head with excellent lacing.
Aroma. Moderate to high intensity. Prominent banana esters and spicy clove phenols are well-balanced by a bright, citrusy orange peel note. Lightly bready, doughy, and grainy wheat malt aroma is present in the background. No hop aroma.
Taste. Initial impression is of soft, bready wheat malt and grainy sweetness.
