Nihon Express, a collaboration between Campervan Brewery and Fyne Ales, presents a refined take on the International Pale Lager. Appearance. Pale straw to light gold (2-4 SRM). Brilliantly clear with a moderate, frothy white head that shows fair retention and leaves light lacing on the glass.

Aroma. Low intensity aroma featuring a clean, grainy-malty character with hints of fresh white bread. Hop presence is very low to low, offering subtle floral and herbal notes. Fermentation profile is neutral and free of esters or diacetyl.

Taste. Initial impression is crisp and clean. Low to moderate grainy-malt flavor provides a light bready or crackery base. Hop flavor is subtle, presenting light herbal and floral qualities.
