This refreshing Blonde Ale presents an inviting profile led by a crisp foundation of Lager malt and soft Wheat malt. The sensory experience is defined by a global hop trio: UK Jester, North American Cascade, and Australian Topaz. Together, these varieties offer a layered bouquet of bright citrus, succulent stone fruit, and a subtle peppery spice. The palate follows the nose, delivering clean grainy sweetness balanced by a gentle, thirst-quenching bitterness. It is a well-attenuated, easy-drinking pint where the delicate malt character supports the vibrant, multi-continental hop profile without overwhelming the senses, finishing clean and subtly fruity.
Appearance. Pale gold (approx. 4 SRM). Brilliant clarity with a moderate, fine-beaded white head that shows fair retention and light lacing.
Aroma. Moderate intensity featuring a clean, grainy malt base with light bready notes from the wheat. The hop aroma is prominent but balanced, showcasing grapefruit citrus, tropical fruit, and a distinct spicy, herbal undertone. Low fruity esters; very clean fermentation profile.
Taste. Initial soft bready maltiness from the wheat and lager malts. Hop flavors of orange zest and floral spice emerge quickly. Bitterness is medium-low, providing just enough structure to balance the malt sweetness. The finish is medium-dry and clean, with a lingering hint of citrus and spice.
