Caleya Supersymmetry is a high-impact Double IPA defined by a massive 25 g/l dry-hop addition of Spectrum Mosaic and Lupomax Citra. This concentrated hop bomb delivers an explosive sensory profile where intense tropical fruit, blueberry, and dank resinous notes from the Mosaic collide with the bright, concentrated citrus and grapefruit character of Citra. Despite the aggressive hopping, the palate is notably smooth with an extreme, velvety body that carries the hop oils effortlessly. The experience is defined by fresh hop saturation and a clean, supportive malt backbone, finishing with a firm but balanced bitterness that invites another sip.

Appearance. Pours a deep gold to light orange (8–12 SRM) with a moderate-sized, persistent, off-white head that leaves thick lacing. The beer exhibits a slight to moderate haze characteristic of heavy dry-hopping.

Aroma. High intensity hop aroma dominated by tropical mango, crushed pineapple, and ripe berries from the Spectrum Mosaic, alongside sharp lime zest and grapefruit notes from the Lupomax Citra. Malt is clean and neutral, providing a subtle grainy background.

Taste. Strong and complex hop flavors of tangerine, stone fruit, and resin. Malt character is soft and supportive without significant caramel. High bitterness that remains smooth rather than harsh, leading to a dry finish with a lingering fruity and resinous aftertaste.

Mouthfeel. Medium-full to full body with a notably creamy and smooth texture. Carbonation is moderate. Contains a well-integrated, smooth alcohol warmth and no hop-derived astringency despite the high hopping rate.
