This golden-yellow Session Rye IPA offers a vibrant sensory experience led by the intense aromatic interplay of Amarillo and Vic Secret hops. Initial aromas of bright citrus and tropical passionfruit are grounded by the earthy, herbal notes of Nugget hops. On the palate, the crisp Pale and Amber malt base is elevated by the distinctive spicy, grainy robustness of rye, which lends a surprisingly smooth viscosity to its light-bodied frame. The finish is remarkably dry and refreshing, characterized by a clean bitterness that lingers briefly, making for an effortless, easy-drinking pint that balances hop-forward intensity with rustic grain character.

Appearance. Golden yellow (approx. 5 SRM). White, frothy head with low to moderate persistence and light lacing. Generally clear, though a slight protein haze from the rye content may be present.

Aroma. High intensity hop aroma featuring prominent citrus zest, grapefruit, and tropical fruit (pineapple, passionfruit). A secondary herbal and earthy spicy note is present. Low grainy-sweet malt character with a subtle but distinct peppery, spicy rye edge. Clean fermentation profile.

Taste. Immediate hop-forward flavors of orange, lemon, and tropical fruit. The malt backbone is light and bready with a touch of toasted grain from the Amber malt.
