This Double IPA presents a lush sensory landscape dominated by a massive dry-hop addition of Nelson Sauvin and Amarillo. The pour is distinctly hazy, releasing an intense bouquet of crushed white grapes, gooseberries, and passion fruit from the Nelson Sauvin, intertwined with the signature zesty orange and floral citrus notes of Amarillo. A soft, grainy malt backbone supports the 8.2% ABV, providing a smooth canvas for the vibrant tropical profile. On the palate, a firm but integrated bitterness balances a juicy texture, finishing with a lingering resinous pine and bright stone fruit character that defines this modern, powerhouse ale.

Appearance. SRM 5-7. Opaque, deep gold to light orange with a persistent, dense white head that leaves thick lacing. Characterized by a heavy, permanent haze.

Aroma. High intensity hop aroma featuring prominent white wine, gooseberry, and melon notes from Nelson Sauvin, layered over bright orange marmalade and floral citrus from Amarillo. Low neutral malt sweetness in the background with a clean fermentation profile and a subtle hint of warming alcohol.

Taste. Bold hop flavors of grapefruit, orange, and tropical white grape dominate. A medium-low grainy malt presence provides structural support without heavy sweetness. Bitterness is moderately high but smooth and lacking harshness. The finish is medium-dry with a long, fruit-forward aftertaste and a light, clean alcohol presence.

Mouthfeel. Medium-full body with a soft, creamy mouthfeel. Carbonation is moderate. A light, smooth alcohol warmth is present but well-integrated, with no hop-derived astringency.
