This American IPA delivers a sensory hop explosion through an intensive Double Dry Hopped process. The aroma is led by the vibrant citrus and tropical notes of Citra, complemented by the herbal and floral delicacy of Loral. Simcoe adds a contrasting layer of earthy pine and resin, creating a complex hop profile. Its golden appearance leads into a palate defined by a firm bitterness and a clean, grainy malt backbone. The finish is dry and crisp, showcasing the interplay of these three distinct hops against a neutral fermentation background. It is a modern, refreshing take on the classic style.

Appearance. Medium gold in color (approx. 6-7 SRM). Generally clear, though a very slight haze is present due to heavy dry hopping. Features a medium-sized, white, persistent head with excellent lacing.

Aroma. High intensity hop aroma featuring prominent notes of grapefruit, lemon, and mango from Citra, intertwined with the floral and peppery herbal notes of Loral. A distinct background of evergreen pine and resin from Simcoe is present. Malt character is low, offering a clean, grainy, and slightly cracker-like scent. Fermentation is clean with no significant esters.

Taste. The flavor is dominated by hops, mirroring the citrus and resinous notes of the aroma. High bitterness that is firm but clean, providing a crisp structure. A low malt presence provides a lean, grainy support without significant caramel sweetness. The balance is decidedly hop-forward, leading to a dry finish with a lingering, pleasant hoppy aftertaste.

Mouthfeel. Medium body with a smooth, slightly oily texture from hop resins. Carbonation is moderate-high, providing a refreshing prickle. Very light, smooth alcohol warmth is present, commensurate with its strength. No harshness or astringency.
