Cerveza Caleya

Caleya Rocker is a vibrant Hazy IPA designed as a saturated hop juice. The aroma is dominated by an explosive tropical bouquet, driven by Lupomax Citra and Lupomax Mosaic, which provide punchy notes of passion fruit and guava. The addition of Eclipse hops introduces a layered stone fruit complexity, specifically juicy peach and subtle citrus. Visually, it presents a signature glowing haze and a dense, rocky head. On the palate, the mouthfeel is exceptionally soft and rounded, coating the tongue with fruit-forward intensity. While the bitterness remains restrained, the finish is clean and refreshing, emphasizing aromatic depth over sharp hop bite.

Appearance. Straw to deep gold (4-6 SRM). Opaque, hazy appearance with a soft, healthy shine. Persistent, meringue-like white head with high retention and thick lacing.

Aroma. High intensity hop aroma featuring dominant tropical fruit notes of guava and passion fruit. Significant stone fruit (peach) and bright citrus. Very low, clean, grainy-bready malt in the background. Clean fermentation profile with no herbal or grassy notes.

Taste. High to very high fruity hop flavor mirroring the aroma; ripe peach, guava, and tropical nectar. Low to medium-high bitterness that is perceived as soft and well-integrated. Low bready malt flavor provides a light backbone. The finish is off-dry and smooth, with a lingering, juice-like aftertaste.

Mouthfeel. Medium-full body with a remarkably smooth, velvety texture. Medium carbonation. Very light, well-integrated alcohol warmth. No astringency, harshness, or hop burn.
