Caleya Poison is a vibrant expression of the Hazy IPA style, intensified by a double dry-hopping technique. It delivers an immediate sensory impact of saturated tropical fruit, specifically notes of mango and ripe pineapple, alongside a bright citrus zest. This aromatic profile is supported by a gentle, bready malt backbone that maintains a clean, neutral presence. The beer pours with a luminous, opaque haze and a dense white head. On the palate, the mouthfeel is notably soft and silky, masking a restrained bitterness that allows the juicy hop character to shine through to a smooth, off-dry finish.

Appearance. Straw to light amber with a luminous, opaque haze. Features a thick, white, meringue-like head with very high retention and substantial lacing.

Aroma. Intense hop aroma with dominant notes of tropical fruit, mango, and citrus zest. Secondary notes of stone fruit are supported by a clean, lightly bready, and grainy malt background. No caramel or toast notes are present.

Taste. High fruity hop flavor mirroring the aroma with pineapple and citrus leading. Low to medium-low bready malt flavor. Bitterness is moderate and smooth, never harsh, allowing for an off-dry, juicy finish with a lingering fruity aftertaste.

Mouthfeel. Medium-full body with a soft, silky texture. Carbonation is moderate and the finish is smooth without any astringency or harsh hop bite. A very light alcohol warmth is well-integrated.
