This Double IPA presents a vivid sensory experience driven by a potent infusion of New Zealand hops and thiol-enhanced aromatics. It pours with a soft, creamy texture and a distinct haze, diverging from traditional clarity while maintaining a luscious presence. The bouquet is saturated with high-intensity tropical notes of guava, passion fruit, and bright citrus, supported by a clean, neutral malt base that stays in the background. On the palate, a firm but smooth bitterness balances the lush fruit profile. The finish is remarkably dry for its 8% ABV, leaving a lingering impression of New Zealand terroir and thiols without any harshness or cloying sweetness.

Appearance. 6–9 SRM. Deep gold to light orange with a persistent, dense white foam head that leaves heavy lacing. Distinctly hazy with a luminous, opaque quality.

Aroma. Intense, punchy aroma of tropical fruits including passion fruit, guava, and mango, alongside zesty lime and a hint of crushed white grapes. Malt is very low, offering only a faint, cracker-like background. Clean fermentation profile with no solventy alcohol.

Taste. Leading with high hop flavors of passion fruit, citrus zest, and ripe stone fruit. A moderately high bitterness provides a clean backbone without being resinous or sharp. Malt flavor is unobtrusive, soft, and neutral. The finish is dry and clean with a lingering fruity hop aftertaste.

Mouthfeel. Medium-full body with a notable creaminess and smooth texture. Carbonation is moderate. A gentle, well-integrated alcohol warmth is present. No hop-derived astringency is perceived despite the high hop loading.
