This Double IPA presents a vibrant sensory profile that balances modern hop intensity with a lush, approachable texture. The Double Dry Hopping process imparts a complex bouquet dominated by ripe stone fruits and the elegant, vinous character of white grape. Despite its 7.6% strength, the alcohol is remarkably well-integrated, providing a supportive backdrop rather than a burning presence. A smooth, silky body leads into a palate where initial sweetness meets a pronounced, lingering bitterness. The interplay of modern hop aromatics and a robust yet soft mouthfeel defines this contemporary interpretation of the style, offering a rich and deeply satisfying experience for the palate.

Appearance. Straw to pale gold (4-6 SRM); opaque clarity with a notable but ephemeral white head that leaves minimal lacing.

Aroma. High intensity hop aroma featuring prominent notes of ripe stone fruit and white grapes; light sweetness is present alongside a neutral, clean malt background with a low fruity fermentation profile.

Taste. Initial sweet fruit impressions of peach and apricot followed by distinct white grape notes; malt character is low and unobtrusive. The hop bitterness is moderately high and persistent through the finish, which remains balanced between residual sweetness and a lingering hoppy aftertaste.

Mouthfeel. Medium-full body with a remarkably silky, smooth texture; moderate carbonation; alcohol warmth is very low and well-disguised for the strength; no harsh hop astringency.
