Appearance. Deep gold to light orange-copper with a distinct turbid, hazy clarity. Features a thick, persistent, off-white head with excellent lacing.
Aroma. High intensity hop-forward bouquet featuring tropical mango, pineapple, and papaya from the Idaho 7, supported by the punchy citrus and lime zest of Lupomax Citra. Background notes of grainy malt and soft oat-like sweetness are present, with a clean fermentation profile.
Taste. Initial impression of rich tropical fruit and citrus oils. The malt flavor is supportive and clean, with a soft bready character from the oats. Hop bitterness is high but smooth, avoiding any astringency. The finish is medium-dry with a lingering aftertaste of citrus rind and resin.
