Caleya Fada is a crystalline and effervescent Specialty IPA that perfectly embodies the bone-dry, Champagne-like character of a Brut IPA. It presents a brilliant, pale straw appearance with a persistent, fine-beaded white head. The aroma is highly intense, showcasing vibrant tropical fruit, white grape, and bright citrus notes against a neutral, cracker-like malt backdrop. The flavor profile is defined by its extreme dryness and fresca drinkability, offering a burst of stone fruit and melon with a clean, restrained bitterness. Its highly carbonated, light-bodied mouthfeel provides a crisp, refreshing finish that masterfully integrates its 7% alcohol for a remarkably drinkable experience.

Appearance. Pale straw (2-3 SRM). Brilliant clarity with high effervescence. Moderate, white, creamy head with excellent persistence and fine lacing.

Aroma. High intensity hop aroma with dominant notes of passion fruit, mango, and lychee. Very low malt presence, appearing neutral and slightly crackery. Clean fermentation profile with no discernible esters or phenols.

Taste. Initial impression is bone-dry and crisp. High hop flavors of citrus zest and tropical fruit. Low to moderate bitterness (approx. 30-40 IBU) that does not linger. Neutral malt flavor. Extremely dry finish with a clean, fruit-forward aftertaste.

Mouthfeel. Light body with a very thin, crisp texture. High carbonation providing a prickly, sparkling sensation. Very low alcohol warmth. No astringency.
