This collaboration between Caleya and Prizm is a vibrant Gose that reimagines the historical style through a lush infusion of Raspberry and Passion Fruit. The sensory profile is led by a bright, lactic tartness that amplifies the tropical zing of the passion fruit and the jammy, red-berry sweetness of the raspberry. Underneath the fruit, a delicate salinity provides a savory counterpoint, while fresh Coriander adds a subtle floral and citrus lift. It offers a crisp, refreshing experience where the bready wheat base is transformed by a sharp, acidic snap and a lingering, fruity finish that remains remarkably dry.

Appearance. Deep pink to reddish-orange hue (6-8 SRM) from fruit additions; moderate to full haze; pink-tinted, frothy white head with moderate retention and tight bubbles; highly effervescent.

Aroma. High intensity of fresh raspberry and tropical passion fruit; moderate lactic sourness; light citrusy and floral Coriander; very low bready malt character; no hop aroma.
