A crisp collaboration between Caleya and Península, this Cold IPA presents a lean, ultra-clean interpretation of the American IPA style. The sensory profile is defined by its remarkable drinkability and a sharp, refreshing dryness. Pronounced resinous and piney hop notes lead the experience, evocative of a fresh coniferous forest, supported by a very low, grainy malt presence that stays firmly in the background. The fermentation character is exceptionally neutral, allowing the assertive bitterness to shine without ester interference. It finishes bone-dry and snappy, leaving a lingering, clean hop trail that encourages another sip, embodying a modern, high-clarity hop showcase.

Appearance. Medium gold with brilliant clarity. Pours with a medium-sized, persistent white head that leaves moderate lacing on the glass.

Aroma. High intensity hop aroma dominated by fresh pine, resin, and light citrus zest. Malt character is low and cleanly grainy. Fermentation profile is very clean with no detectable yeast esters or diacetyl.

Taste. Initial impression is sharply bitter and very dry. Medium-high to high hop flavors of pine needles and resinous sap persist throughout. The malt is low, providing a thin, cracker-like base that supports the hops without adding sweetness. High bitterness that is firm but not harsh. The finish is very dry and clean with a lingering hoppy aftertaste.

Mouthfeel. Medium-light body with a crisp, smooth texture. Medium-high carbonation enhances the refreshing, dry quality. Very light, well-integrated alcohol warmth.
