Oak barrel-aged mixed-fermentation golden sour ale with freshly-picked yellow nectarines, fermented with Brettanomyces Bruxellensis yeast.

This sour ale is made by macerating freshly picked yellow nectarines in a wild ale blend obtained by selecting some specific barrels previously inoculated with Brettanomyces Bruxellensis, as well as the yeasts and bacteria present in the barrels.

Aromatic fragrance of stonefruit, gentle carbonation, a silky softness, funky notes and a refreshing acidity.
