Appearance. Pale straw color (approximately 3–5 SRM). Brilliant clarity with a fluffy, persistent white head that leaves moderate lacing.
Aroma. High intensity hop aroma featuring prominent notes of spicy lime zest and ripe mango. A low, clean, grain-forward maltiness is present with a subtle hint of honey. Fermentation is clean with no significant esters.
Taste. The initial impression is hop-forward with a fruit punch medley of tropical and citrus flavors. A light, supportive honey malt character provides a brief sweetness before being overtaken by a medium-high, clean bitterness. The finish is notably dry and crisp with a lingering hop-driven aftertaste.
Mouthfeel. Medium-light body with a smooth, non-astringent texture. Carbonation is moderate-high, providing a refreshing prickle. Alcohol warmth is very low and well-integrated.
