Wodenside is a quintessentially juice-forward Hazy IPA from Buxton Brewery, showcasing a vibrant and complex hop profile. The expertly selected dry-hop combination of Mosaic, Cashmere, and Azacca delivers an aromatic explosion of ripe mango, sweet pineapple, and hints of blueberry. These tropical notes are beautifully balanced by a subtle lemon-lime citrus character and a soft, bready malt backbone. On the palate, the beer is remarkably smooth, utilizing a plush texture to carry lush fruit flavors without the interference of sharp bitterness. Appearance. 3-6 SRM; deep straw to light gold with a luminous, opaque haze. Features a thick, meringue-like white head with exceptional retention and substantial lacing.

Aroma. High intensity hop aroma dominated by tropical stone fruit and citrus. Prominent notes of blueberry and mango from Mosaic, lemon-lime from Cashmere, and ripe pineapple from Azacca. Clean, bready malt background with neutral fermentation esters.

Taste. High fruity hop flavor mirroring the tropical aroma with added tangerine and melon notes. Low bready malt flavor provides a supportive foundation. Bitterness is low-medium and very smooth, never harsh. Finishes soft and off-dry with lingering tropical fruit character.
